Admission / Tickets
Tickets for the Winter Dance Festival are available with free seating and access to the main hall and side hall. Further information can be found below the price table. Advance ticket prices correspond to the expected prices at the box office. There is no advance booking fee.
Admission with free seating
The ticket entitles the holder to enter the Westenergie Sports Hall in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Both halls (main hall and side hall) and public areas can be entered. Free seats at the tables and in the grandstand (main hall) and in the side hall can be used. However, there is no guarantee of a specific seat.
Children
Children of toddler/preschool age (0 – 5 years) are admitted free of charge to all events (without seating entitlement).
Spectators with disabilities
People with disabilities who need an accompanying person have to pay admission only for themselves. The accompanying person has free admission. Wheelchair users will be assigned stands at the stage side edge of the dance floor (if available). We ask that you contact us in advance by e-mail or telephone in order to be able to process the booking technically.
Ticket shipping
When ordering tickets via the online ticketshop, you can choose whether the tickets are to be sent by e-mail for self-printing (Print@Home, no fee) or by post (plus 3.00 euros shipping costs, only within Germany).
Payment
Pre Sales:
Ticket orders via the online ticket shop can be paid by bank transfer / prepayment, SEPA direct debit and PayPal (including credit card). For orders via the inquiry form or a telephone order, payment is made by bank transfer after receiving of the invoice.
Box office:
Tickets at the box office can be paid in cash and by credit cards. Cards accepted: Visa, VPay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Union Pay as well as contactless NFC payments via Google Pay and Apple Pac.
Livestream
The German Dance Sport Association (DTV) offers elaborately produced live broadcasts of WDSF competitions (main hall) via its paid channel Tanzsport-TV.
An event ticket “202512WiDaFe” can be used to access this livestream at a price of € 9.99. Holders of the “2025 Annual Ticket” and holders of an active “Tanzsport TV” subscription are also entitled to access this livestream.
