Production Office
The production office is in charge before, during and after the event. The two employees of the office of the Dancesport Association of North Rhine-Westphalia support the volunteer team leaders in the organization team with all administrative activities.
The production office will be available by e-mail, WhatsApp and telephone throughout the event.

Awareness People
Awareness People are neutral contact persons who are available to all participants during the event. They provide support in situations of uncertainty, conflict, or boundary violations. Their responsibilities include youth protection, the prevention of interpersonal violence, and ensuring non-discriminatory conduct. Awareness People work confidentially, inform participants about relevant protection and behaviour standards, and refer cases to responsible bodies when necessary. They also monitor the event environment to identify risks early and offer appropriate support.
