General information
For the morning events of Winter Dance Festival, tickets will be available with free seating (access to the main and side hall). For the World Championship only seat reservation tickets will be offered. You can choose between reserved seats on the parquet (directly at the dance floor) or in the grandstand. You will find more information below the price table. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the same price as at the box office (no pre-sale fees).

The ticket entitles the holder to enter the Westenergie Sporthalle Mülheim an der Ruhr. Both halls (main and side hall) and public areas can be entered. Free seats at the tables and on the grandstand (main hall) and in the side hall can be used. However, there is no entitlement to a specific seat.
Ticketshop: Please choose “Winter Dance Festival 2023 SAMSTAG” (Morning event on Saturday) and “Freie Platzwahl” (Free seating).
The ticket entitles the holder to enter the Westenergie Sporthalle Mülheim an der Ruhr for the world championship. There is a seat entitlement to the booked seat at the table directly at the dance floor (category 1: row 1 or 2 // category 2: row 3 or 4).
Inclusive service: The prices include food and drinks provided on the tables.
Ticketshop: Please choose “2023 WDSF World Championship Ten Dance Under 21” and “Sitzplatz Parkett” (Seat Parquet).

Children of toddler/preschool age (0 – 5 years) are admitted free of charge to all events (without seating entitlement).
People with disabilities who need an accompanying person have to pay admission only for themselves. The accompanying person has free admission. Wheelchair users will be assigned stands at the stage side edge of the dance floor (if available). We ask that you contact us in advance by e-mail or telephone in order to be able to process the booking technically.
When ordering tickets via the online ticketshop, you can choose whether the tickets are to be sent by e-mail for self-printing (Print@Home, no fee) or by post (plus 3.00 euros shipping costs, only within Germany).
Pre Sales:
Ticket orders via the online ticket shop can be paid by bank transfer / prepayment, SEPA direct debit and PayPal (including credit card). For orders via the inquiry form or a telephone order, payment is made by bank transfer after receiving of the invoice.
Box office:
Tickets at the box office can be paid in cash and by credit cards. Cards accepted: Visa, VPay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Union Pay as well as contactless NFC payments via Google Pay and Apple Pac.
